Mission

I dance as a representation of my village, black community, and faith as well as find value in versatility, strong work ethic, musicality, curiosity, and eagerness. My dreams for what are to come is one of my biggest motivations for continuing this art form for I know success is inevitable. I am committed to growing not only as a performer, but as a collaborator and creative voice in every space I enter. Through my discipline and intention, I strive to move with authenticity, integrity, and purpose. My mission is to continue answering the question of why I dance. To fully use the body that I have been blessed with and trust in my abilities to fulfill my overall purpose. As a dance artist, I will continue to be hungry, determined, and true to my practices as I move through life as a professional. I remain a lifelong student of the art form, continuously refining my craft through the absorption of every piece of everlasting wisdom I receive. My journey will be certain within this world of uncertainty for dance provides me with fulfillment that is beyond compare.
